He is CEO of 4UM Investimentos and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, of Junto Holding Brasil and of Junto Holding Latam, as well as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Confederation of Insurance Companies. Graduated in Economic Sciences from the FAE Business School with an MBA, with distinction, from the New York University Stern School of Business, Leonardo was (i) CEO of Junto Seguros and Junto Resseguros from 2018 to 2022, (ii) member of the Board of Directors of Open Co from 2017 to 2021 and (iii) member of the Board of Directors of Centro de Educação João Paulo II, a private, non-profit organization that seeks to provide better quality education for low-income children in Piraquara, in the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba, from 2016 to 2022.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from PUC/PR, an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Sloan School of Management – MIT). He began his activities at the Company in 1995, holding the position of Department Manager. Since 2012, he has held the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Paraná Banco and Chairman of the Board of the subsidiary Junto Seguros.

He started his activities at the company in 1990 and also acts as controller of insurance companies, Junto Holding Brasil S.A. and Junto Latam. He has been operating in the financial market for over 40 years.

Guilherme has been at Junto Seguros since 2010, when he joined as an intern and today he is Vice President of the company, heading up the commercial, technology, marketing and new business departments. Guilherme has been on the board of directors of Junto Holding Brasil and Junto Holding Latam since 2018 and on the board of its majority shareholder, Paraná Banco, since 2020. Graduated in Civil Engineering from Universidade Positivo, with an MBA in finance from INSPER – Instituto de Teaching and research.
Guilherme was also one of the co-founders of AvalDoc – Online Scheduling (Currently VidaClass) and the startup Salão Vip – (Currently AVEC).

He holds a degree in Systems Engineering and Production Engineering from PUC/RJ, and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He has 20 years of experience in building companies from the startup phase to being listed, having worked in institutions such as IBM, BRQ IT Services and KPMG. From 2012 to 2017 he served as managing director of Enova Financial (NYSE listed company: ENVA). He founded Rebel, a credit fintech that promotes the democratization of access to credit through the use of technological tools such as artificial intelligence and BigData, where he serves as CEO. He is president of the Brazilian Association of Digital Credit (ABCD).

He was responsible for Foreign Exchange Operations with the Central Bank and the commercial structuring of the Middle Market from 2010 to 2016. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Brazilian Association of Commercial Banks – ABBC, Treasury Director of the Syndicate of Credit, Financing and Investment Companies of the State of Paraná and director of JMalucelli Asset. He participated in 2013 in the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. He is currently a member of the Fiscal Council of the Interstate Federation of Credit, Financing and Investment Institutions – Fenacrefi and Commercial Director of the Paraná Banco Funding area.

He is an economist graduated from the Universidade de Brasília (UnB) (2002), specialist in mathematics applied to economics and administration from the UnB (2003), master in economics from the Universidade Católica de Brasília (UCB) (2008) and doctoral candidate in economics from the Universidade Católica de Brasília (UCB) (2020). He is currently CFO and CRO of Paraná Banco. He served as Chief Executive Officer of CAIXA (2011-2020) in the areas of Finance, Controllership, Business Organization, Business Strategy, Innovation, in addition to the Distribution and Retail Business area. He served on the Audit Boards of CAIXA Seguridade (2015-2020) and FUNCEF (2018-2020), and on the Boards of Directors of Paranapanema (2019-2020), ALUPAR (2012-2017) and the Interbank Payments Chamber (CIP) (2015-2017). He was a member of the FI-FGTS Investment Committee (2016-2017) and of the FUNCEF’s Investment Technical Advisory Committee (2009-2012).

He holds a degree in Accounting from the Sociedade Paranaense de Ensino e Informática, an MBA in Finance from the Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná, and an MBA in Project Management from Universidade Positivo. He started his career at Banco HSBC and since 2010 he has worked at Paraná Banco, in the Strategic Planning area, as leader of the Bank’s digital transformation and is currently Chief Loyalty Officer.

He holds a degree in Business Administration with specialization in Foreign Trade from FESP PR, with a postgraduate degree in Finance and Marketing from FAE Business School and an MBA in Strategy Management from FGV. He began his career at Banco Itaú, working in the industry and foreign trade companies. He worked at Banco Citibank and, since 2009, he has been working at Paraná Banco, most recently as Chief Origination Officer at Canal Digital.

He has 30 years of auditing experience. He dedicated himself to KPMG for 26 years in the area of independent auditing, where he was responsible for the area of Ethics and Independence, Officer (Risk Manager) of auditing, and ethics and independence. Since 2013, he has served on the audit committee, board of directors and fiscal council. He is a Professor at FIA and Fipecafi in matters related to governance and PLDFT. Specialized in International Accounting (IFRS) in 2010.

He holds a degree in accounting from the Fundação de Estudos Sociais do Paraná (FESP) and has been an independent auditor for over 25 years. He served as coordinator of Portal Tributário, a company dedicated to the publishing and commercialization of electronic works and informative guides in the fiscal, accounting, and labor areas. He was also managing partner at DataSenior Auditores Independentes SS, in addition to having served as chief financial and relations officer with SUSEP at JNS Seguradora S/A, as well as at Grupo JNP Participações S/A, from 2017 to 2020. He is currently managing partner of Alvarez & Bernardino Assessoria Contábil SS, working in the auditing, accounting and tax consultancy and business advisory segment.

He holds degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from FMU (Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas), with active registrations at CRA (Regional Council of Administration) and CRC (Regional Accounting Council), respectively. He dedicated 37 years to KPMG, serving financial groups of various sizes as well as financial institutions. At KPMG, he had several responsibilities, including internal training, coordinating sector leaders, overseeing the Regulatory Support Sector composed of Bacen professionals, and acting as president of KPMG’s Closed Complementary Pension Entity (KPMG Prev), currently serving as a member of the entity’s Deliberative Council. He has taken numerous courses at KPMG, Fipecafi, and Fundação Dom Cabral, acquiring knowledge in National and International Accounting (IFRS), Risk Management, the National Financial System, and tax matters.

She graduated in Law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná and in Agronomy from the Federal University of Paraná, with specializations in Business and Tax Law and Human Resources Management. With previous experience in other financial institutions, she joined Paraná Banco in 2010 as Manager of Formalization of credit transactions for the Middle Market.

In 2011, she accumulated responsibility for the bank’s Legal department when he led the restructuring of the area’s transactions and indicators.

In 2017, he took over as Superintendent of the People & Culture and Legal areas, leading the implementation of controls and preventive actions for people management to reduce labor demands, as well as the creation of the Integrated Health Management and Internal Communication areas.
