The Committee of Sustainability, Social Responsibility, and Citizenship on April 25th, 2014 with its purpose being the following: “To understand and incorporate progressively the concept of socially responsible corporate behavior, implementing policies and practices, regulated or not by legislation, in order to obtain economical and sustainable success while being responsible for all affected, and establishing partner relationships with the community to build a common well-being, prospering and contributing to develop a social, economic, and sustainable environment.
The Committee will meet monthly to define the action plans in conformity with the purposed objective. The Committee has members from Human Resources, Compliance, Marketing, and Investors Relations departments.
